The City Map is a grid-shaped representation of the city you’re currently in.

This grid varies in size and shape depending on the city it embodies.

There is a total of 8 different cities you can travel in between.

Every square of the grid map represents an exact spot within the city.

There are two major categories of spots: family spaces and business spaces.

The green unfilled squares are the family spaces.

Clicking over any one of these squares will access you to detailed information about them.

Example below.

The squares filled with an image/icon are the business spaces.

Clicking over any one of these squares will access you to detailed information about them.

Example below:

Buying any one of these spots – family or business – is an option.

However, money is not the only requirement; you’ll need hard earned street cred as well before

you can place your name on the Owner slot and start collecting the profits and specific benefits businesses provide.

You can also rent a fraction of any of the city spots.

Renting your own personal place will cost you (rent fees vary over time and from city to city)

but that money will buy you extra protection and respect.

Cities will also hide gifts.
Suddenly and randomly, a red gift icon will hover the city map icon.

This means there's a treasure to claim, hidden somewhere in the Omerta world under the guise

of a light green squared city spot.

The first soldier or above ranked gangster to click it will activate the claim your gift button.

The fastest one to click it will be rewarded with up to $220K, 1K bullets and 5 new cars.

Last but not least, the City Map screen also informs you who is pulling the town’s strings.

At the right side of the grid-shaped map you can find the name and the reach of the family

“owning” the city.

Make good use of this information.
